A Clutch of Chicks

We loved Brenda's cute chicks. One photo below shows the preparation, that, within an hour or so, became the cute, cheery chicks in the first photo. Other members of the Crochet & Knitting Friendship Group have also been knitting chicks. The group will be selling them (with a chocolate cream egg inside!) after the Easter Sunday Celebration on April 12, at 11am. The money raised will go towards the group's Christmas tree for St Petroc's Christmas Tree Festival.

Joan G amazed us with her chunky wool bags that she designed and knitted for this year's children's Christmas shoe box appeal. We also loved her pink chicks!

We are all aiming to make our own name badges to help us remember names as new members join.

We meet on Thursday afternoons, St Petroc's Parish Centre, 2.30-4.30 and everyone is welcome.
