The Bodmin Way Run – Seven women set off on a Sunday morning

One of the runners explains their story: we are a very small running club of ladies called ‘Bodmin Women’s Running Club’ which meets on a Wednesday night.

One day we decided to run the whole of The Bodmin Way circuit as we thought it would be great training for the big challenge we have coming up next month, running the Saints’ Way, from Padstow to Fowey, a total of 28 miles. We are doing this challenge for ‘Cornwall Hospice Care’ which is a charity very close to all our hearts.

We managed to stamp our Bodmin Way ‘Passports’ at two of the churches but the photos are proof that we visited all of them! We very much enjoyed completing the route by running to all 5 churches in one day - what an achievement!
