SPY: Night Love Your Neighbour

Updated: Feb 21, 2020

Besides card games, chop sticks with sweets challenges and paper, rock, scissors, we read one of Jesus' parables about the talents and then groups had the chance to pitch their bid to "The Dragons" (Claire, Maggie & Barbara!) for what they could do with £5 to make more money for Shelter Box. One group had "Custom Crosses" that they would make and sell to order - they won the backing of Maggie and another group included a cycle ride and cake sale, winning the backing of Barbara. The money raised will go towards "A Tent for Lent" for Shelter Box to support people around the world who are suffering from natural disasters and other emergencies.
